Insurance Reimbursement:

Adult
Services

| Prescription Only | £75 | Prescriptions sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for your convenience. |
| Shared Care Agreement (SCA) | £150 | Preparing and communicating shared care documentation with your GP. |
| Miscellaneous Work/Admin | £50 – £150 | Tasks such as form completion, diagnosis confirmation, or referrals. Fees are agreed upon in advance. |
